    Name, mobile number and address. That is all. We confirm by phone or message before the parcel leaves.

    Cash when it arrives, usually within 2 to 5 working days. Then you have 7 days to show it to any gem lab you trust.

How do I pay?+

Cash on Delivery only. Place the order here, and pay the courier in cash when the parcel is in your hands. There is nothing to pay online.

What does delivery cost?+

Rs. 400 per order anywhere in Pakistan, and free when your order comes to Rs. 15,000 or more. Most parcels arrive in 2 to 5 working days.

Is the photo the stone I will get?+

Yes. Every listing is one single stone and the photos are of that stone. Screens show colour slightly differently, so if a shade matters, ask us before ordering.

Can I return a stone?+

You have 7 days from delivery. Send it back unset and as it arrived. If any gem lab finds it is not the natural stone we described, we refund everything including delivery.
