About these terms
Real Gems (realgems.pk) sells natural loose gemstones to buyers in Pakistan. By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, message us from the Contact page or email hello@realgems.pk before you order.
Our stones and descriptions
Every stone we sell is a single piece. Each listing shows its gem type, weight in carats and ratti, price, and other details we have, such as shape, colour, origin and treatment status. The photo is of the stone listed. Screens show colour differently, so a small difference between photo and stone is normal and is not a fault.
Weights in ratti use the standard gem ratti of 0.91 carat. Where a stone has not been lab-tested for treatment, we say so, and we make no claim about whether it is treated. We do not issue certificates or lab reports.
We describe what tradition and astrology say about some stones for interest only. We make no promise that any stone will bring luck, health or any other result.
Orders
An order is a request to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm it. We may cancel an order before dispatch if a stone turns out to be unavailable, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm the details. If that happens, we tell you, and as you will not have paid anything, there is nothing to refund.
Please give a complete, correct name, phone number and address. We are not responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by wrong details.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani rupees. The price shown on a stone's page is the price you pay for it. Delivery costs Rs. 400 per order and is free on orders of Rs. 15,000 or more. The full amount is shown before you confirm.
We accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier rider when your parcel arrives. Ownership of the stone passes to you once it has been delivered and paid for.
Delivery
We dispatch within one working day of confirming an order and send it by tracked courier. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 working days, but times are estimates, not promises, and courier delays can happen. Full details are on our delivery page.
If you refuse a parcel for no good reason, or parcels to your address are repeatedly refused, we may decline future orders.
Returns and refunds
You may return a stone within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unset and in the same condition as when we sent it. Refunds are made by bank transfer within 5 working days of the stone reaching us. If any gem lab finds a stone is not the natural gem we described, we refund in full, including delivery. Our responsibility
We take care to describe every stone accurately. If we get something wrong, our responsibility is to put it right through a return and refund as set out above. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, or for any cost of setting, resizing or jewellery work done after delivery. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Pakistani law.

The text and photos on this site belong to Real Gems. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Pakistan.
