Contact Us

Message us from the form on this page or email hello@realgems.pk, and we will reply within one working day.

Two ways to reach us

The form on this page. Write your message, add an email address so we can reply, and it comes straight to us.
Email. Write to hello@realgems.pk from any address.

We handle everything in writing. It keeps a clear record for both of us, which helps when we are talking about weights, prices and order details.

What to include

If your message is about a particular stone, please add its SKU. You will find it on the stone's page, and it looks like RG-C1042. For an existing order, include your order number and the name the order was placed under.

The SKU or link of the stone you are asking about
Your order number, if you have one
The ring or pendant you have in mind, if size matters
A photo, if something has arrived damaged

When we reply

We answer within one working day, Monday to Saturday. A message sent on a Sunday or a public holiday is answered on the next working day. You may also find a quick answer in our FAQ or on the delivery and returns pages.
