Delivery and Cash on Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan by tracked courier, and you pay in cash when the parcel reaches you.

Cash on Delivery only

We take one form of payment: cash, handed to the courier rider when your parcel arrives. You pay nothing in advance, and we never ask for card or bank details to place an order.

Delivery charges

  • Rs. 400 per order, however many stones are in it.
  • Free delivery on orders of Rs. 15,000 or more.

The total, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you confirm. That is the amount you hand to the rider, and nothing more.

How long it takes

We dispatch orders within one working day. After that, most parcels arrive in 2 to 5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Larger cities are often at the quicker end, while smaller towns and remote areas can take a little longer. Weather, public holidays and courier backlogs sometimes cause delays, and we will let you know if we see one.

Once your parcel is on its way, we send you the courier tracking number so you can follow it yourself.

At the door

The rider hands you a sealed parcel. Before paying, check that the outer packaging is intact. Please keep the exact amount ready, as riders often carry little change.

Couriers usually do not allow a parcel to be opened before payment. If the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, you can refuse it and message us from the Contact page. Once you have paid and opened the parcel, our 7-day returns window still applies.

Missed and refused parcels

If nobody is home, the courier normally tries again or holds the parcel for a short time. Make sure the address and phone number at checkout are complete, as the rider may need to call for directions.

A refused parcel travels back to us, and we pay the courier both ways. Refusing a damaged parcel is always fine. If parcels to the same address are refused again and again without a reason, we may decline further orders to it.

Packaging

Each stone travels in its own small gem box or padded pouch, labelled with its SKU, inside a plain outer package. Nothing on the outside says what is inside. It is simple, discreet and sturdy enough for the journey.
