A city of makers
Sialkot sends footballs, surgical instruments and sports goods to customers around the world, and the city's workshops have built a reputation for careful, exact craftsmanship. It is also the birthplace of Allama Iqbal, and a proud, busy place with a strong export trade. Like every city in Punjab, it has its own sarafa bazaar where goldsmiths make and repair rings.
We have no shop or office in Sialkot. We are an online shop, and our stones reach you by courier.
Detail matters
People who work to fine tolerances tend to appreciate exact numbers. Each of our listings gives the weight to a hundredth of a carat, the weight in standard ratti, the price in rupees and, where we have them, the dimensions. Our ratti converter lets you check any figure yourself.
Stones Sialkot buyers tend to ask for
Sialkot orders often follow the Punjab favourites: Neelam for its deep blue and its traditional link with Saturn, and Pukhraj, often recommended by family elders. Both are 9 on the hardness scale, so they handle daily wear well. For a bright stone at a lower price, white topaz and blue topaz are good options, especially as gifts.
