This is one of our heaviest rubies: a pinkish red Kashmir oval of 15.90 ct, or 17.47 ratti. It costs Rs. 35,630, around Rs. 2,241 per carat.
At over three grams, it is a centrepiece stone. A pendant shows it off best, though a bold signet-style ring is possible for someone who likes a big look.
