An oval Feroza from Iran, yellow-green in colour, weighing 12.60 ct (13.85 ratti) and costing Rs. 3,750.
That is under Rs. 300 per carat, a modest price for a turquoise of nearly fourteen ratti. The oval shape suits a men's ring with a raised bezel or a simple pendant. Turquoise is hardness 5 to 6 and porous, so put it on after perfume and keep it out of water where you can. It has not been lab-tested for treatment, and a lab is welcome to examine it. Delivery is Rs. 400, paid in cash on arrival.
