Soft grey and just under eight ratti, this topaz weighs 7.25 ct (7.97 ratti). It costs Rs. 14,500, which works out to Rs. 2,000 per carat.
Grey stones pair well with white gold or silver and look smart on a man's hand. Topaz is hard enough for regular wear, but give it a separate pouch so it does not rub against other gems. We have not tested this grey topaz for treatment. Delivery is Rs. 400, and you pay in cash at the door.
