An oval of yellow-green Zabarjad from Afghanistan, weighing 2.95 ct (3.24 ratti), priced at Rs. 12,750.
Just over three ratti gives a peridot enough size to show its colour well, while staying comfortable on the hand. In Pakistani homes, Zabarjad is often chosen as a birthday stone for August babies. A gold claw setting lets light enter from the sides. It has not been tested for treatment, and you are welcome to have a lab examine it. Pay in cash at the door, with Rs. 400 for delivery.
