Close to eight ratti, this Ethiopian opal is one of the larger stones in our opal range, at 7.25 ct or 7.97 ratti. It is offered at Rs. 18,000, roughly Rs. 2,483 per carat.
A large oval like this can carry a whole pendant on its own, with only a thin frame of metal. It is light to wear despite its size. Keep it out of the bathroom, as steam and water do not suit many Ethiopian opals. Free delivery applies. Treatment on this 7.25 ct oval has not been tested.
