A big ring stone needs a big personality, and 18.80 carats of lapis lazuli has plenty. On the scale it reads 20.66 ratti. The price is Rs. 7,050, roughly Rs. 375 a carat, so you are paying for size rather than hype.
We would set a stone this large in a pendant or a statement ring with a full metal rim. Keep it away from perfume, soap and household cleaners, since lapis is porous and dislikes chemicals. Treatment has not been checked by a lab; you may test it yourself.
