Cut as a drop and weighing 15.25 ct, this Afghan aquamarine is shaped for a pendant. It comes to 16.76 ratti and is priced at Rs. 11,250, about Rs. 738 per carat. The colourless body gives it a cool, icy look on a chain.
For a pendant, a simple bail with a small claw at the tip holds a pear shape securely.
