This is the largest lapis in this batch: a blue oval of 35.80 ct, or 39.34 ratti. It costs only Rs. 2,780, about Rs. 78 per carat. The low per-carat figure makes it a striking piece for very little.
At this size it is a pendant, a paperweight or a piece for a stone collection rather than a ring. An oval this broad shows off its blue across the whole face. We have not sent it for a treatment test, though you may.
