Lajward has been carved, inlaid and worn across our region for centuries, and this 12.55 ct piece keeps that habit going. It weighs 13.79 ratti and costs Rs. 4,650, which works out to about Rs. 371 per carat. That is a fair, everyday price for a stone of real presence.
At this size it suits a bold men's ring or a simple pendant. Lapis is a softer stone, hardness 5 to 6, so ask your jeweller for a bezel that guards the edges. It has not been lab-tested for treatment, and you are welcome to have it tested.
