Pear-shaped African jasper: this 24.00 ct stone weighs 26.37 ratti. It costs Rs. 3,600, at Rs. 150 per carat. The pear shape gives it a natural place on a pendant.
Jasper has been used for amulets and seals since ancient times, and it remains a down-to-earth, hard-wearing stone. Clean it with a damp cloth and dry it off. Lab testing for treatment has not been done on this jasper, and you may arrange it. Tracked delivery costs Rs. 400, paid in cash together with the Rs. 3,600 price.
