Just under a carat, this Swat emerald oval weighs 0.95 ct, or 1.04 ratti. It costs Rs. 9,500, at Rs. 10,000 per carat.
Small emeralds look lovely in yellow gold, where the green feels warm and fresh. This would make a meaningful gift for an engagement or anniversary. Clean it with lukewarm water only, and avoid steam. We have not had it tested for treatment by a lab, so you are welcome to arrange one.
